Pets FAQ

Do you require a meet & greet?

Yes. I like to meet each pet and learn their routine before the first booking.

What should I leave for my pet?

Food, leash, litter or waste supplies, medications, and anything that helps them stay comfortable.

Will you send updates?

Yes. I can send photo and text updates so you know how your pet is doing.

Do you give medications?

Yes, if your pet has a routine and clear instructions.

Can you stay overnight?

Yes. Overnight house and pet sitting is my preferred sit, and I recommend it for pets that are more nervous.

Why are your rates higher than average?

This is my full-time job, not side income. You’re paying for dedicated in-home care, more consistent attention, and the peace of mind that your pets and home are being looked after while you’re away.

How do payments work?

Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Rover. If you’re not paying through Rover, I’m open to half barter / half cash: half is due up front and half when I come back. Rover pricing may be higher because of Rover’s fee.
